Martin Bodenham

Martin Bodenham, 49, is one of Advantage Capital’s two co-founders. Prior to founding Advantage Capital, Martin was for nine years a private equity corporate finance partner at KPMG and Ernst & Young. Before this, he was a private equity investor at 3i and then Close Brothers Private Equity.

Martin is a Chartered Accountant and has an honours degree in Economics from the University of Leicester.
