Investment Criteria

Advantage Capital invests only in UK mid market special situation private equity transactions. The financial criteria are:

• The target company's sales are likely to fall between £20m and £100m
• Total deal value up to £30m
• The target is likely to be, but is not necessarily, generating profits

But Advantage Capital's non-financial criteria are much more important. Advantage Capital only invests in "difficult deals of real merit ^® ".
