Company Background

Advantage Capital was established in 2001 by two highly experienced private equity professionals, Martin Bodenham and Trevor Jones, who have almost 50 years combined experience of the UK MBO market.

Advantage Capital’s pilot fund was closed in 2002. The second fund was closed in 2007. A first close of our third fund occurred in October 2008.
